The Chancel Choir sings in regular worship services and at special holiday services. The choir provides leadership in singing hymns and responses used in worship and by singing anthems relating to the liturgical emphasis of the day. Join this group of dedicated singers who come to sing for praise, fellowship, and fun. Directed by CUCC Music Director Jimmy Buchanan. Rehearsals are held Sunday mornings from 9:15-10:30 AM.

Handbell Choir (Ages 10 and up)

Handbell Choir

The handbell choir plays in worship services and at special holiday services. You do not need to read music to play handbells. Handbell Choir rehearsals are held on Monday evenings at 7:00 PM. Directed by Jimmy Buchanan.

Women's Music

Bella a Cappella

The Bella a Cappella is a unique women's choir with an emphasis on a cappella choral music literature. Rehearsals are held on Monday night from 6:00-7:00 PM.

Solo

Solo opportunities are open to all with abilities in voice or instrumental. Share your love of music with us in worship and at special events such as the annual Talent Show.

Children's Choir

Directed by Sarah Downey. A recent graduate of UNC-G with a Master's degree in music education, Sarah is the choral music instructor at Trinity High School in Randolph County. Sarah brings her love of music and children of all ages to CUCC. Rehearsals are on Sunday mornings from 9:15-9:45 AM.
